Rental Fees

Facility Rental - $250/hR

Minimum rental is six hours, includes entire facility, concessions, ticket sellers and ushers. 

Technicians - $30/HR

Our Light and Sound technicians can be hired for your event. Only approved technicians are permitted to operate light and sound equipment.

Cleaning Fees - $200

Cleaning fees are required for each rental day.

Tenant Responsibility

Tenant will be responsible for all fees associated with BMI, SESAC and ASCAP license agreements.

Ticketing Fees

A $10.00 per ticket fee will be assessed to each ticket purchased through our system. This fee can be passed on to the patron. If no tickets are sold, a $1 per person fee will be charged for the historic maintenance fee.

If tickets are sold for the event, the Palace must be the seller of the tickets. No outside source can be used for ticket sales.
