The Palace Theatre is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets purchased from another source. In the event of a refund for rescheduling or cancellation by the artist or promoter, there will be a non-refundable processing fee that is held by On The Stage from the total purchase amount. There is a Palace fee held by The Palace Theatre.”
