“Due to the nature of live entertainment, dates, times, performers, and prices are subject to change. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All sales are final; All tickets are final and non-refundable and a credit will not be issued if you cannot attend the event. Ticketing fees include $1.85 per ticket + 4% processing + $0.30 per transaction.

In the event of a refund for rescheduling or cancellation by the artist or promoter, there will be a non-refundable processing fee that is held by On The Stage from the total purchase amount.
