TICKETING POLICIES

All tickets are final and non-refundable and a credit will not be issued if you can’t attend the event. All official event tickets are sold through https://corsicanapalace.showare.com

The Palace Theatre is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets purchased from another source. In the event of a refund for rescheduling or cancelation by the artist or promoter, there will be a non-refundable $5 processing fee that is held by Showare from the total purchase amount.

Exchanges for some productions may be available, only if arrangements are made with management no later than 24 hours before the performance. Exchange fees may apply. Call 903.874.7792 or email corpalace@sbcglobal.net for more information.  If you are unable to attend your event, you are also able to donate the value of your tickets to The Corsicana Palace Theatre. We encourage you to donate as it will help us maintain the theatre.  You may make a donation up until 2 hours prior to show time.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

With your ticket you agree to follow all rules put in place by The Palace Theatre.  Failure to follow those rules can result in a loss of tickets and expulsion from theatre.

DOORS OPEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE SHOWTIME.  NO EARLY ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED

PARKING

The Palace is located in downtown with parking all around us for free.

CELL PHONES

All cell phones should be either turned off or set to silent mode. Patrons whose cell phones disrupt a performance will be asked to leave the theater. Please also refrain from texting and using your phone during the show — the light emitting from the screen can be very distracting.

FOOD OR DRINK

We do not permit outside food or drinks into our theater. Please take advantage of our concession area.

PARENTAL GUIDANCE

Some shows may contain mature content, language or themes. As a parent, you are the only person qualified to determine what is appropriate for your child. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information. If you still have questions, email us or call the box office at 903.874.7792 and we’ll try to help.

PLEASE NOTE: The Palace does NOT print tickets.  All tickets are sent via email as mobile entry.

THEATER ACCESSIBILITY & SPECIAL SEATING

Accessible seating for patrons in wheelchairs and with other needs is available for all performances. Please contact the Box Office as early as possible to ensure that we can meet your party’s needs.

CANCELED ORDERS

In VERY rare cases and at management discretion, The Palace Theatre may cancel certain tickets. Ticket fees are non-refundable.

AUTHORIZED TICKET SELLER

The Corsicana Palace Theatre is the only authorized ticket seller for events at The Palace. Please be aware that event tickets purchased from a source other than Corsicana Palace Theatre may be counterfeit and in such cases may not be honored for admission. The Corsicana Palace Theatre is not responsible for third party resale tickets. Please exercise caution in making ticket purchases. In order to avoid problems with counterfeit or invalid tickets, we encourage patrons to ONLY purchase tickets through The Corsicana Palace Theatre. Tickets can be purchased online at corsicanapalace.com or in-person at The Palace Theatre’s Box Office. If you have questions regarding authorized sales or ticketing policies, please contact us at 903.874.7792.

For most events presented by the Corsicana Palace Theatre or for which the Palace Theatre sells tickets, the Palace Theatre Box Office is the only authorized source for tickets. Ticket re-sellers may sell one ticket many times. Sometimes people who buy tickets through ticket re-sellers arrive at the performance and find that their tickets cannot be used. We do everything we can to prevent ticket fraud, and strongly discourage our patrons from purchasing tickets through ticket re-sellers or third parties. If you have any questions, we encourage you to call the Box Office at 903.874.7792 before you buy.

TICKET RE-SELLERS: Please note that we will quarantine any orders placed by suspected re-sellers, and may require additional information before releasing any quarantined orders. The Corsicana Palace Theatre reserves the right to cancel orders placed by suspected ticket re-sellers without compensation.

LOST TICKETS

Don’t worry! If you lose your tickets, visit the box office before the concert and an usher will help you.

LATECOMERS

We attempt to begin all performances on time as indicated on your ticket. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager, based on the specifications of the performance company.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SHOWS

The opinions or views expressed by the performance are those of the Artist/Performers. They do not purport or reflect the opinions or views of the Corsicana Palace Theatre or its employees.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

It is rare for a performance at The Palace Theatre to be canceled due to inclement weather, but in the case that a show is canceled, we will post information on our website, social media and phone system and will make every effort to contact all affected ticket holders.  If the performance is still scheduled but inclement weather makes it impossible for you to attend, please contact the Box Office at 903.874.7792. Our ticket representatives will help you consider all the options. Due to contracts with performers and production companies, options for day-of show exchanges vary and we may not be able to exchange tickets. All ticket donations or exchanges need to be completed at least two hours before the performance, and all tickets are non-refundable.
